I am a husband, father, grandfather, innovation executive, and lifelong triathlete.

Over the past 40 years, I’ve completed more that 100 triathlons and earned six USA Triathlon All-American honors.

In 2024, I missed qualifying for Team USA by just 40 seconds.

What I didn’t know at the time was that an undiagnosed heart condition had been holding me back.

That discovery launched a journey that became much bigger that triathlon.

Finding 40 Seconds is the story of that comeback - and the lessons I learned about innovation, resilience, belief, and growth along the way.

What started as a search for 40 seconds became a search for what was possible.
